I feel sleepy all the time although I sleep from 8-9 hours daily. I am 16 years old. And I have never had such thing before.

Just a few questions.

1) I have had a twitch in my calves for 5 weeks and can still stand on my toes and heels. I hear you have to be weak first then the twitches come, is that right?

2) If twitches can come first how long does it take for weakness to kick in?

3) I can raise myself from the seat on my toes is that a good sign of strength?

I am a 26yo guy and I feel like I am not masculine enough. I didn't really play sports in school and my dad way kinda of a coach potato. My bigest role model was my mom. Even though I'm a great person I don't feel like I am masculine enough. Qualities like being strong, a provider, and laid back are somewhat foreign to me. How do I become more masculine?

This is a serious question. My boyfriend is 24, but has only had sex with one person. It was a problem in that relationship too. He seems to have trouble maintaining an erection, and I think he is making it worse by worrying that he is dissapointing me, so I want to reassure him, but it is a problem for me. I want to have sex with him. Also, he is a cross-dresser. Not with me, only in private, and I know that doesn't make him gay, but combined with the other thing... is he gay? What's the problem? We learned in Abnormal Psych about Malingering, and it was basically when people lie to gain drugs, money, attention, or some other personal gain. I thought it was a joke...I mean who would take that seriously? Why can't a therapist just tell a patient they are lying, instead of "malingering"?
