Ok I have soreness that hurts if I touch the part of my stomach about where my bladder is. And when I wake up, the area around my belly button is a little sore to the touch. Whats going on? I have not started (I am a late bloomer) my period yet, is this related?

You might have a bladder infection, but I'm not a doctor. You need to tell your mom and have her take you to a doctor. It doesn't sound like menstrual cramps to me.If it was menstrual cramps it would feel like someone was squeezing your uterus

sounds like you might be pregnant, or just a stomach ache. go have it checked
