No matter where you buy your underpants, you always wash them first before ever putting them on. So your question doesn't make much sense. Unless you never wash your undies first, in which case you get what you deserve for being so disgusting.

Wow, let's get back to basics here.
1. You cannot contract an STD from the toilet seat.
2. You should consider not buying underwear (USED) from anyone...
3. Washing with hot water, soap and some bleach will go along way to removing any doubt...and any stain for that matter...
Good luck and even though I'm not a WalMart fan, they have cheap NEW undies. Men's and Women's. Go figure

well id hope you'd wash them before using them first of all and you know that's a good question growing up you always hear these rumors as to how you can get an STD but honestly i really don't think so id have to imagine that once the disease dried it would no longer be active...accept for hepatitis C it can live outside the body for up to a week straight and still be picked up as a live virus...personally i would just buy my undies new from the store and wash them before i wear them just so there is no risk

I don't think so, it is a sexually transmitted disease, you can't get it from underpants or toilet seats. Sexually transmitted means it can only be contracted from having sex with an infected person.

Forget what you heard, either that person who said it was old or misinformed.
The germs that cause it die after a few moment after exposure. But few people I know would buy used underwear anyway. But that's your business.
