They say it is dry skin, I know it's happen to me after swimming and then a hot shower. Lotion does work for me..

There are many conditions that can cause this type of itching, eczema, hives caused by allergies,dry skin and so on. You won't know for certain until you see a doctor. By the way, if you are scratching until the skin is raw you risk infecting the area with bacteria that may be under the fingernails.

You didnt state exactly where they itch, but if it is under your breast, it could possibly be a yeast infection. Caused my moisture getting trapped under the breast from sweating. Made mine itch so bad it almost drove me mad. You will probably have to get a cream from doctor, or try medicated Gold Bond. Hope this helps, your not alone. lol
