anywhere where there's cells, you can get cancer on it.

I would think white blood cells, I can't think of any other body part that couldn't get cancer. A person may have a low count, but "blood" cancer attacks the red cells.

I haven't heard of anyone with hair cancer yet...

yes i think. i think the only organ that doesn't get cancer is the heart.
