In truth, there are NO benefits to either dry or steam suanas. They both stress the body with heat and cause dehydration. Suanas do not "sweat out the poison" in your system. They do however feel good and that's why people like them. For a real buzz, pour some vodka on the heat source in the sauna (be careful there is no open flame!!!).
