What do you think is a better alternative?
You have choice at this point it seems.
You are in charge of what kind of life you have NOW.
Before...you didn't.
The trauma you experienced wasn't your fault, but you did suffer.
How much more suffering do you want?
You now have the choice to suffer or not.
Choose....
We all choose, and many of us have had our lives turned upside down. You anger is pain. Feel that pain. And then choose what you want. It isn't simple and it isn't easy...but its doable...So.. its up to you. Good luck in whatever you choose.

it looks like you need to gain control of your life.. and your right.. medication and therapy is not the magic cure.. it is expensive and can add additional strains in your life. But it can be very helpful in the right conditions. I think you need to start adjusting yourself before any outside means can help you. Change your everyday life, because obviously your not very happy with what you have now. Why dont you decide to wake up tomorrow morning and be a new person? When you get up do everything different than you normally would. Really, give it a try - sounds dumb, but why not try it for a day or a week? Change the clothes you wear, the food you eat, the people you talk, change your job, move away - do everything you can to change yourself in every way, make good decisions and start new.

People who resist any kind of treatment usually come up with excuses such as yours. Forcing professional help usually doesn't work, you have to want it for yourself. I'm sorry you had a bad life but you can't change it, only move on and try to learn from it. It can make you a stronger person in the long run if you desire. I wish you well.

Clearly you need professional help. That does not mean medication that means therapy. You would be wise to look into that. Yes, there is a lot of people out there that want your money but there is also alot of people that can help you. So my answer to you is, get the chip off your shoulder and get the help you need.

I'm sad for you...really, I am. It's unfortunate that you've experienced such bad things in your life, and that the people you went to for help weren't able to help you. Just because you've have a couple bad experiences doesn't mean that all therapists are bad...and on the other side, therapy doesn't work for everyone, and it might not work for you. I wish you luck in your life.

I suggest you visit a financial advisor and invest your money in something wiser... because these past sessions have definitely not worked...
We are all volunteers to what happens to us (except children or people who were born sick); not victims... You have a choice to be either volunteer to situations that enfuriate you or be wise and stay away from them. You cannot turn back time, so just let it go ...........
