YES I think so !!! I regularly attend a YOGA Class where meditation is part of the relaxation process. I am not sure if I could make time for myself (at this stage) to meditate. I enjoy the company and hope in time to be able to practice both on my own. Try the YOGA !!! GOOD LUCK !!

It certainly can. By meditating you can tune into your higher self, open you third eye and generally be more in tune with your body. It can be hard to start with, but with practise you may find that you really enjoy it and it will if nothing else help you to deal with day to day stresses more easily. Try just starting with a short 10 minute meditation and see how you go from there.

All people have so called "sixth sense",meditation mearly helps to clear the mind of clutter so it can function.Of coarse you then need to exersise free will to accept or reject what it tells you as it may not always be what you want to hear.

Yes, it can. because it summons the inner self or soul and it is only the inner soul/self that can have the sixth sense.

yes but it is really hard. try looking at a candle flame and clearing your mind..after 10/20 min you might be amazed at what happens. you might hear, smell or see a ghost - i was able to smell violets and i got really cold. there again it might just be that the candle causes a fire so take care.
