Yes, you should make sure you drink enough water every day, buy and eat some bran cereal every morning, eat a reasonable amount of fruit and get enough exercise. Should clear up the problem and not to hard to put into your lifestyle after all grabbing some grapes are as good as chips and as easy.

Ah the age old problem, 'student bowel'
I think we all had the same problem when we first went off to uni. You need to try to include a lot more fresh fruit/veg if you can. If you're finding this difficult, there are a couple of products that can be a quick cheat - I like small bags of black current fruit flakes, they're tasty and my favourite at the moment is Innocent Smoothies - they're really nice and should help to 'move you along'.

It's not disgusting, don't worry.
Fruit is easier than putting a pizza in the oven. Try that. Loadsa fibre in pears, apples etc. with the skin on.
Yoghurt, live ones if you can, like danone activia or any organic yoghurt..
And a bowl of AllBran is definitely the quick fix for constipation.
Water water water. You'll find that all these things are tastier and easier to digest.

You are not getting enough fiber. Lay off the pizza and chips and get some whole grain bread. Salads, beans and yogurt. Can't you get to a grocery store? If you can't you should be able to find these things at a convenient store and they are always near by.

Prunes are very cheap, syrup of figs, any type pf fruit and regular excersize. You have got yourself all bunged up and need some fibre in your diet. Go buy some dried prunes and eat about 1/4 of the pack. Tomorrow you will go to the loo and you will be fine.

You need fibre and you won't be getting any from all those crappy foods you are eating.
Cereal, wholemeal bread and plenty of fresh fruit and veg. You mention home-cooking so you must have learnt something from your parents by way of cooking decent meals so stop being lazy and get in that kitchen - you'll save yourself money too!

eat more fruit and veg, also try to get some exercise, not just walking to the pub and back. If your still having problems after that, salted peanuts and some glasses of coke will normally work.

Have a look at a book called 'You are what you eat' by Gilliam McKeith (?) She DOES go a bit over the top, but there's some really good suggestions and recipes in there too.

Based on your description, it sounds like you are not eating enough foods high in fiber. You need to get some vegetables in your diet even if that means getting Chinese food.

Try to have cereal for breakfast, weetabix, or shredded wheat and some brown bread during the day. Your diet is lacking fibre and seems you are all clogged up!
