I'm currently 14 years old, 5'3, yeah im small in height, and about 128 pounds. My arms are small, my legs are firm and barely any fat except the fat your born with, but my upper chest is suffering. It seems all the fat isnt spreading out, its going directly to my chest, making me have kind of man boobs and a chubby chest. Is there a number of certant exercises i should do that help my chest, and how much? Also i have this game that tells me when i lose calories, if i were to play this how many calories should i lose a day? Thanks
