I just got 4 stitches in my hand after I cut myself with a piece of glass washing dishes. It happened two days ago and every now and then I still feel some discomfort, there is also a tiny bit of swelling on my finger. Is this normal?

Guys... checking out Men's Health I noticed just about all the models in the exercise mags have shaved arm pits. To go for that well kept, muscular, athletic look. Should I also shave my arm pits?

The iv was put in and removed ok. about a week later my hand started swelling. now my top of my hand and my vein is hard. the dr office said not to worry about it. it hurts to touch it.

I just inserted a tampon for the first time. My period is not very heavy right now, but is during a medium flow. How long would one suggest I leave the tampon in for? I am concerned that I will not fill it up and will need to remove it. Any suggestions to make removal easier???

Hi!
This is my problem: for the last 2 or three weeks I've been getting intense headaches (migraines) while I sleep. I wake up in a panic because I feel like someone is tightly grabbing the right side of my brain. The pain eases in 10 to 15 seconds. I fall back asleep and the incident sometime comes back 2 ou3 times a night. What could this be??

that old ***** turned my 65pounds boy into a 254pounds boy!did i mention that my son is 7?!my company send me overbroad for 6 mounths so i had her keep my son,when i came back i found him fat and now i can control him!he always wants more and when i say no he says he loves her more!i tried put him on a diet but she would come to his school and give him candy,cookies,cheesbergers only to love her more and makes me the bad guy!now,i don't allow her see my son amymore,but this is wrong!i don't wanna be a bad mother or a bad person but that woman crossed the line!don't you think?i don't know what to do any more!my son cries and overeat all day because of her!please help!

Just figured I'd complain here. I get the flu shot every year and it's never felt like this before. The needle poke was fine. But about an hour later it feels like the schoolyard bully gave me a noogie in the shoulder! Ok flame-away. :-)
