If you are talking about ear infections, the best thing I have found to heal up the ear infection is garlic oil. I have used it many times and it works very quickly.

It's probably just hardened wax. You can get a bicarbonate of soda based eardrops from the chemist. You put a few drops in your ear and lean the other way so that it doesn't run out, then 5 minutes of so later, lean the other way so that it runs out. Apparently you're not supposed to put cotton wool in your ear.
To ease things before you get to the chemist, try warming a little olive oil on a spoon and dropping it into your ear - same principle. Warm a soft cloth and hold it to your ear - it will ease the pain.
If it doesn't go away, go see your gp - it might be an infection.

If you can be pregnant or if you have infertility problems I reccomend to follow this method http://pregnancy.toptips.org
Many factors can cause a couple trouble in conceiving a baby, I'll list a few of the most common ones in women:
Anorexia or other dietary dysfunctions
Lacking amounts of FSH and LH are produced, so ovaries aren't as functional as they could be, and so not many eggs are produced
Stress, causing periods to become irregular
Medications such as cancer treatments, antidepressants, hormone therapy, pain killers, and antipsychotic drugs can all cause temporary infertility.
With the method that I posted above you will be able to get pregnant!

It depends on whats causing the earache. If its caused by too much wax, then you are better off visiting your GP/nurse who will normally use a waterjet to remove the wax. That I found to be very effective. I tried everything else from eardrops to candles but nothing beat the waterjet.

Try a warm flannel held against it. That helps but won't take it away completely.
