Tampons are not a thing to be messing with..... you can usually tell when to change a tampon, you can feel it, just like a pad. You have to use the range flow depending on how heavy it is,,,, for instance,, if you have a very heavy period,,use super tampons,,, and when it starts slowing down,, you will want to use the light tampons.......getting use to them is not hard,,,,, but I heard its better to use pads. Another thing,, tampons you will need to change every 2-4 hrs,,,,,depending on range,,,,,,,make sure that you dont try to pull out a tampon when dry,,, because it will hurt,,, and you can get TSS.

Don't worry!
The worst thing you can do when you remove the tampon is be nervous. When you are nervous and are trying to remove the tampon your pelvic muscles will clentch making removal difficult.
So take a deep breath, relax and then pull it out gently.
As for how long you should keep it in-based on what you have told me, I would keep it in for app 4 hrs and then insert a new one, even if the first one isn't completely full.
This will prevent any of the possible shock symptoms associated with tampon use.
Good luck.

what i do is, ikeep them infor no more than 4 hours and takle it out while sittingon the toilet. Use toilet paper to grip the cord and lighty pull down to remove it. Pull slowly. With time and practice, this will be very easy for you and soon youll be answering these questions.

Ok, This is weird for a guy though. Um, check the tampon every two hours, if its half-way or full take it out and throw it away. Take a new one and put it back in. If you have too much, your period would leak through your underwear and perhaps your pants!
