You can't. Sanity is inferred in the absence of overt evidence of INsanity. Kind of like your reputation. Act normal long enough and people will assume you are. Can't prove it tho.
that said, you can't fool the MMPI too easily either. Sophisticated psychological testing is pretty hard to spoof, even for a psychologist.
