Hi there !

without going to a dermatologist,.... the best you can do is :

1. STOP smoking with immediate effect.
2. Take tab spirulina 1 daily.
3. Tab multivitamins 1 daily.
4. Take more vegetables, fruits, and fluids .
5. Dont expect any dramatic effects..but in one month with this
persistent high nutritious environment, a result is assured.

Relax....and best wishes...

You will need to use a lip moisturiser (like Neutrongena) and probably exfoliate your lips once or twice a month. Next check the lipstick that you use. Some lipstick contains chemicals that are too strong that it is hard to remove even after a meal ! So It is best to use a lipstick remover to get rid of those remaining stubborn lipstick once you reach home. If it is really black and not light brown, I guess it is better that you see a doctor. Good Luck and Take Care.
