Im in the same boat and yes im only 22 also. I have a wonderful boyfriend and our sex live used to be awesome, but i have lost the desire, the only thing i did diferently was stopped smoking pot which makes me quite horney. But i did do some research and ive found some herbal drugs, one is called sex essentials, its by a lady named Lorna Vanderhaeghe, it is to improve desire, arousal, lubrication, orgasm ability and enhances blood flow. You can buy this product online, but i found it in the local health store, along with other products. I know its hard to talk to anybody in person because you are only 22, but i just said me ad my boyfried want to try new things, which made me feel a little less embarrased.. The personnel at health food stores can really help you or see a naturalpath,,,,, good luck

Aspartame poisoning reduces the serotonin in your body. This in turn makes you feel low and depressed which in turn lowers your sex drive. Have a look through everything you eat or drink for aspartame - then do not have any of it. It can be found in diet drinks, no added sugar drinks, chewing gum, 'healthy option' yoghurts, muller lites, even some crisps. It really is an evil chemical, do a bit of research on the Internet about aspartame poisoning. Search out 'aspartame' and '92' - that's how many side effects there are.

I think that you are probably just experiencing normal growth. You need to realize that women don't hit thier sexual peaks until they are in the mid to late 30's. What do you consider "low"? I have heard of several pills that can be prescribed by your doctor to help enhance your sex drive if you really need it...but a nice glass of wine always seems to do the trick for me ;o) LOL

There is nothing wrong with you or your sexual drive. The truth is that the men you may have dealt with are just not right for you. They just don't turn you on........ And you are wasting yourself and your time on them. And if you continue to go that way your frustration will turn in on you, and turn you into a monster man basher. I strongly recommend that you give yourself a break and stop being so hard on yourself. You have nothing to prove and you can fit in any social situation. So please stop throwing yourself away.........

Change in diet, working out too much, weighing too much, little or no sleep, medications----lots of stuff could change your sex drive. If you like games, play a sexy game like sexual pursuits (google it) or buy some sexy food (strawberries and chocolate, spicy food)

Most of the antidepressants definitely do. If you're not on any meds then it could be a hormonal imbalance.
