drop the vinegar,,, no good ,,, eat sensible, smaller portions,,, eat a lot of fruit,, oranges apples. and grapes ,,, white ones,,, ,,, cut out all snacks ,,, even if you eat 4 or five times a day that is good... but smaller portions... do not starve your self... not worth it... it will take your body about 7 to 10 days to adjust,, and then you will see some pounds drop,,,, the whole key is to get your stomach to shrink.. water is good so is gator aid...

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

you could try something called the hoodia plant. it's from south africa and its a desert weed or cactus. the Sans (native people) have sucked on hoodia for generations to raise their energy levels and fight hunger during long hunting trips. a sip of the bitter liquid gives enough energy to walk all day and lose weight real fast. it might be a little expensive and its new.

Sounds like your doing good there. i never heard of vinegar for weight loss. run run run and no sodas! eat 5 small meals a day to boost your metabolism rate up also
