i have been married for 4 years, before that i have been in alot of relationships im 28 years old, I have never ever ever been able to orgasim I cant even do it myself. I was in a very mind controlling relationship and violent relationship when i was 12 years old for 6 years, thats when i lost my virginity. He raped me alot and i was on alot of drugs i know its alot of information but you need to see where im coming from. Ive been to councelling and nothing helps. I fake it every time I have it, infact I really hate sex I dont know what else to do. I have 2 children and im very confused. I have had toys and nothing makes me orgasim, i get the funny feeling but im completely dry. I am concerned as I feel im missing out. I blame my past for this....... any help would be great

I am feeling weakness and slightly feverish from last 12-13 days. On consultation with the doctor, i was advised to immediately get my CBC checked. I added Thyroid profile alongwith that test also. The result was almost the same as expected Low Platelet count ( 144 out of 150 to 450 range) and TSH as ( 50.630 out of .350 to 5.5). The details of CBC are as below;

I had a normal period just a couple of weeks back. I took the pregnancy test yesterday and it showed I am not negative. I have two questions:

1. Can you really have periods when you are pregnant? I know you can have blood spots, but not a full period, but wanted to make sure.

2. When is the right time to take a pregnancy test (the over-the-counter one)? I know you take it first thing in the morning, but I wanted to see if you could take it 2 weeks after your period. Would this work? Or can you ONLY take it when you skip a period. So basically if my period ended 2 weeks ago and I took the test today, will it be accurate or do I have to wait until a missed period?

I have never had unprotected sex, so I am just being paranoid I guess.
