If they are really, really bad you may want to get checked for fibroid tumors. I had that problem and didn't think anything about it until one time when it wouldn't stop and I had clots of every size showing up. The tumors had grown to the size of grapefruit and malformed my uterus beyond repair. I had to have a full hysterectomy. It's better to be safe than sorry. Have it checked out for your own good.

Yet again i got bounced. I recommend a gynecological visit. That being said, have you no shame? do you not have a mother?:" what do ypu expect 100,000 people to advise you to do ?? The men?? If you are under age talk to a female that you are comfortable with. I doubt you are under 18, seriously you request tampon/pad absorbancy qualities?? If you have access to a computer you are probably an adult, so why not go on a womans health site????? Or are you that biologically and mentally challenged??? My advice, obviously not clinical, stick some sheep up there, they will absorb.

Try the Kotex brand they have been around the longest. If you use tampons the best ones are the Playtex satins. Good Luck
