Explore meditation excercises...it works great...but be sure not to become discouraged if your first attempt and/or found method doesnt work. First of all we arent in all reality easily calmed..so..it might take you some practicing at times you are feeling good..just to experiment your comfort avenues
Secondly not all methods are for all people
type meditations in your search bar and go from there
TRUST ME I KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE!!!!
It totally sucks...but I truly am benefitting. and I hope the same for you and anyone else who suffers the same
Good luck..

Anxiety can be caused by many things. You really need to explore what is going on in your life that is really troubling you.

Without more information though, it is difficult to provide more advice.

There are many websites dedicated to anxiety and related symptoms. One place to check out is www.curezone.com.

You can also check out this site: http://anxiety.only-411.com

Good Luck!

Lots of calcium and chromium, and check out Mantak Chai's
books on male energy, they work! And stay away from the gym it only amps your body up more. Try yoga or Tai Chi. Also look up
Mercury Amalgams.
