You shouldn't have to do it anymore than you usually do it. It is just that she has to be ovulating in order for her to get pregnant. If she want they have fertility meters at the drug stores if she wants to know when she is ovulating. Once you know when then you can try to conceive. Good Luck

In order to have strong sperms for pregnancy, the woman
will insist on only once a day until she's fully satisfied with it.

Any more than once a day may result in a low sperm count so you could be defeating your intention of pregnancy.
