Are there any common ingredients in certain perfumes/lotions/shampoos, etc that people are allergic to? I don't have any allergies that I know of, but every so often i will use a product that makes my eyes water and itch, and I'll sneeze like crazy! The ones I have identified for sure are herbal essences moisture balancing shampoos, curve for women, and cotton blossom bath and body works lotion. No common ingredients between them I've found. Any ideas? Just curious..

When we run for a long period or overexert ourselves, sometimes we feel a sharp pain on a side of our torso that stays for a while until we've recovered. What is that? Jokes are fine, but biological or medical explanations, are preferred.

I have heard Yasmin/Jasmin is pretty good?

I really don't want to pick up weight, and when I used to be on the Pill (a very strong one that I decided it would be best to stop taking) my skin was fine- it has been bad since I went off, so I want to clear it up.

I have Keratosis pilaris (a form of eczema) and I've been trying to find something to treat it. I've seen a lot of sites that sell dead sea products, they say it helps by cleaning out the skin follicles. What I'm wondering is if any type of sea salt really helps or if the companies lie to sell their products like most people do? I'm sure someone here has some experience with this type of thing and any help would be greatly appreciated.

He had an attitude just in this class and was sent to the principal's office and also seen the guidence office. He was supsended 3 days for his attitude. He does have Bipolor and went off of his meds. He is 15 and I am concerned he could harm himself. He did one year and one month ago with razor blades. I don't want to have to put him back in the hopital again! I am a RN (nurse)..am I doing the wrong thing? He thinks that taking meds is "posion"..he hates meds. He also made the comment coming home from school the he wanted to be 6' under! I am watching him very close. He also said the guidence lady told him that people that DID NOT gradutate lived 6 years "less" than non grads?? I have yet to find that in any of my medical books or research? I wanted opinions on that to please. I think that lady was telling a lie there. My son has done well in school, other than this Alegbra; he is having a very difficult time with it. It is really getting him down.He does stay after for the extra help

has put alot of anger and rage inside me. from 14 to the age of 29 which iam now does it mean that its inevitable that one day soon im gonna completly explode in rage and do something serious?? i dont want to, and am trying to get help from a psyche in november. but a woman on a helpline told me recently said, she doesnt blame me about the way i feel reguarding the anger i feel, so does she mean that its right for me to feel the rage i do towards people and that its only a matter of time before i do something??? i didnt like it at all when she said that. i wanna somehow get over my past and live a normal life, but i really do struggle with my angry feelings, . also high anxiety, low self worth, low moods that last for days and racin thoughts. am i at the mercy of myself? is it inevitable that i will explode with anger annd do somet serious ? or can i do somethin about it and live a normal life and achieve things? shud i be reluctant to get help incase im seen as dangerous?
