A "neuter" has no testicles which means that testosterone is no longer being secreted. The lack of testosterone results in "demasculinization". The man's genitals my become reduced in size, there is usually a decrease in hair growth, his voice may become more high pitched and in some cases he may loose some of his muscle bulk. Thus the man may be called a "shemale".
He would however not spontaneously grow breasts due to the loss of his testes. Breasts grow due to estrogen and thus he would need a supplement to grow breasts.

the different is man maybe likes woman, shemale, either one same sex (man it self).
But shemale likes only man (guy)

neuter has NO nutz..shemale has nutz and boobs.....
