Why do you want to get fat? You should not worry if you are healthy. Some people are naturally and genetically thin. And I think you are a very lucky person. I have to count calories even before trying to eat something coz I tend to put weight very easily.

Anyway. Don't listen to 'eat all junk and sleep all day' advice. You may or may not get fat but you will risk yourself to diabetes, heart diseases , cholesterol etc. Eat healthy. Drinking milk or water will NOT make you fat. Consult a good dietitian. They can definitely help you. Don't take advice from novices when it comes to health.

if ur are thin be satisfied but since u wanna be fat then here are tip from a fat guy so eat amply it is diffcult u have to eat fat rich food like ground nuts oily food and junk food eat meat if not vegetarian never exercise just sleep if u follow my advices u definitely can grow fat which is diffcult

If you do not have any medical problem / digestive disorder .It is very simple to gain wight/ fat. As per medical science.
the extra food i.e. more then body needs get converted in to fat .

So eat 10% more than your hunger and digest it you will gain wight very soon.

Eat lots of good foods, not fatty foods. Just have a healthy appetite. Eating fatty foods will just give you high cholesterol and other problems, not just fat.
