It is my understanding that there is no exercise that does "spot reducing" of fat. The body decides where to store fat; in males it is mainly in the midsection. However, in addition to running, you can do many things to firm and strengthen the muscles of your torso and possibly burn some of the fat left in your extremely slim body. Crunches, twists, weights, etc., can change the proportions of your whole body and reduce the appearance of too much fat in the torso. Caution, be aware that you may have an inaccurate image of your own body. Don't be a fanatic about diet or exercise; aim for a healthy balance. If you haven't had a check-up recently, it is a good idea to have one. Excess fat in the middle can be caused by diabetes or something else medical. In your case, let's hope that it is normal body fat distribution.
