Could be irritable bowel syndrome, go to docs, they can give you medication for it, symptoms, bloating, trapped wind, dull ache on left side of abdomen. Something in the diet irritates it, usually wheat, dairy products and red wine, and cheese in particular.

try some rennie or something for a start or castor oil tablets i think they are good for that sort of thing, if it carries on i would personally go to the doctors it might be something else.
or try eating lots of fibre and fruit etc, might be your diet you shuoldnt feel like that every night just every now and again when you have eaten too much. good luck.xx

Try GasX and cut back on the sodas. Cutting back on bread with your evening meal might help too.

The spine compresses during the day (makes you shorter), and the organs drop slightly from the rip cage to the gut area.
