A common problem, though not everyday.
Well... the solution mostly depends on the nature of your work. Some works are pretty interesting that drowsiness itself dissappears.
Assign to yourself a job that you find the most interesting, to be done during this hour.
The other usual methods are - taking a break.
Break could be anything like
- Going out with a mate for a coffee
- Taking a walk as if you want to see if everything is going great in the work place
- Go to the rest room, get your face washed
- Make a phone call
- Check your personal emails, etc..

Don't overeat at lunch. Drink 1-2 cups of coffee over the course of the afternoon. Listen to disco or rock music, with your ear plugs of course!

Take just one dose of Sulphur 200 Homoeopathic Medicine, but do not take it in the evening it sometimes interferes with you sleep when taken in the evening. freshens up your mind and body very fast. And do not take it if you taking any other homoeopathic medicines because it antidotes most homoeopathic medicine.
