Glucosamine sulphate is slightly less concentrated than glucosamine hydrochloride. You can buy lactose-free versions of both.

Whatever it is, take my word for it - I took the Cod liver oil capsules for several years, then moved on to glucosamine - 1500g a day - and now I can hardly get up out of a chair let alone walk - and that's after one new hip. I'm waiting for the other hip and both knees so be done now, so you can guess what I think about Gloco !!!!! The words f'ing and glucosamine spring to mind...........

Why not ask yourself why you are having problems with your digestive system. All too often medication and pills can exacebate a problem. Doctors are on incentives from pharmecutical companies so have a vested interest in your illness and in prescribing you endless medication. Throw away the pills and lok at your diet and lifestyle. Start eating a healthy diet and cut out that which brings stress and anxiety to your life. Digestive problems are triggered by stress and bad diet.
