Lately I've been getting alot of tension in my neck shoulders and back. I frequently have to be rubbing them. I've been really stressed about college lately, but I've been seeing that commercial that depression can be physically as well as emotionally. Im not really sure of the signs of depression. But lately Ive been sleeping alot. I can go to bed at 11:00pm and sleep till 1:00pm the next day. I could probably sleep all day if I didnt have things to do that day. Anyone go throug this?

I have been going to the gym now for 6 weeks. I do the elyptical 2 to 3 days a week and I lift weights 2 days a week. I have a weight lifting partner and we have a whole routine. When I am on the elyptical I burn around 300 to 340 calories in 30 mins. The problem I am having is that I am not losing any weight. I can tell I am toning a little bit, but the scale is not showing it. What can I do to speed my weight loss along in the gym?

I'm 22, I was never immunized in childhood and decided to start now. Boy was that dumb. They gave me a hepatitis A, hepatitis B, tetanus, MMR, polio, and meningitis. All at once. Thank goodness they used both arms but they both hurt soooooooo bad. What is best to relieve this massive pain? And then they said I have to go back for more. Second and third doses of these. I don't know if I can do that again!

It's a well-known fact amoung healthcare providers that water equals better health & carbonated water in soda pop destroys calcium in your body..so that's not urban legend; & when I learned that...I stopped drinking the tasty stuff...that was 9 years ago. I replaced my consumption of it with pure springwater & have been in better health since.

I just had my mercury fillings removed, and a lot of the procedures weren't followed I think should have been. It seems that they should have prevented breathing through my mouth, for one.

I would like to hear anyone else's experience with this type of thing. Most importantly, any successful detoxification techniques, anything that would help get mercury out of my system.
