My hands have been getting tingling and itchy feelings that come and go lately, is this something to be worried about or is it likely just dry skin? It is all over my hand but there is no redness, or signs of rash. I am young (24). Any ideas? thanks!

Dry skin wouldn't tingle. See a naturopath, a regular MD is likely to prescribe something to mask the symptom instead of addressing the cause.

it may be neurological. possibly coming from the neck. it's odd that its both sides. the itchy part could indicate something with the skin but the tingling is either blood flow or nerve related.
chat with your doctor and if you don't get anywhere with them then check out a physio, or naturopath.
