This is an odd one which I haven't heard before. I know before I had to report to my 3-day driver intervention program we were not to have had a drink within 24 hours of reporting. But an alcohol blood test to go back a year? Don't know about that one. I know that there is some test for liver function which can indicate whether someone is a regular heavy drinker to where it has damaged cells. And then there's the hair follicle tests which are more accurate than urinalysis and goes back further in time for drug use.

Then you should NOT be allowed to get your license back. You did not do what you were supposed to do, which was stay off the booze. Now you want to try and cheat the system. You obviously didn't learn anything so I think walking would be good for you. That and being found a "habitual offender" so you can never drive again. I would love to pull you over.

If you were only drinking in moderation a blood test would not show misuse. You are obviously still drinking heavily. The laws are there to protect innocent people who might be injured or killed by a drunk driver. Do yourself a favour and do not get back behind the wheel of your car.

Which would you rather do- drink or drive?
Both are fun things to do, both are socially acceptable, both are open to misuse. Just think of the money you save by not running a car- and have you looked at what the insurance would cost you - if you could get it? You've already made your choice, you may as well make the best of it. Quit chasing moonshine.

Alcohol oxidizes from the blood at some million ounce in keeping with hour, so which you will stay sober for an afternoon or 2 you will not have any problems passing the try. Alcohol is unlike different drugs the place it may stay interior the gadget for a month.

You should drink normally without over doing it, you are banned from driving not drinking! If you go in without booze in your system they will know you have done it just to pass the test and will be suspicious of your intentions, trust me, been there, done it, got the sky high insurance policy!

Don't know about the detox kit. The best thing to make sure you're clean is simple. Don't drink! It all depends on how much you really want (or need) your driving licence.
