sounds like your period. you shouldn't be embarrassed to talk to your mom about it, she went through the same thing, it'll bring you two closer together.

Yes it does sound like you are starting your periods,,you should tell your mom there's no need to be embarrassed,in fact your mom will probably have a good idea that at your age you are about to start soon..Why not keep a diary and write the dates in each month so you have a rough guide to when your period will start,,though they will probably be irregular for the first few months,,but by keeping a diary you can always be prepared..

I responded to you yesterday. I really do think it is your period. I started mine when I was 12 years old and I spoted at first like you. That was it intill my next period the month after. Well don't freak that bad over it. Maybe you should not worry and wait it out. I would take pads to school though cause you may all of a sudden bleed alot. Good Luck!

CONGRATS!!! You have now entered womanhood. You have many years to deal with this. Take the headache and stomach cramps as a warning next month because it usually follows a day or two after the symptoms for me.

I would bet my womanhood that it's your first signs of a period.

However you shouldn't be ashamed to talk about this with your mom; in fact she may be the best person to talk to right now; I am sure she's capable of keeping things subtle as you yourself begin your womanhood!

It is NOT stupid.

It probably is your period. They can be really light at first.

Congratulations, you're a woman. (At least physically.)

You should probably tell your mom, though. She'd like to know.
