I got a bill for an ecography and it says $42.00 was applied to your deductible. The bill says I owe their company $42.00. What does this mean. Why do I owe them even more money than I paid them? I already paid my $40 copay!!

I'm an 18 year old girl currently losing weight (which I suppose is all composed of fat) and if I start working-out, will that help burn fat? If you're not lean in your mid-section and you do crunches, you build muscle, but the fat doesn't go away.
Can this happen in other areas, too?
I'm afraid to start really weight training until I get my body fat percentage down.
Any tips about this subject would be great.

I have always had swollen glands in my neck. It's the two in the front, but they don't hurt, and i'm not sure if they're even swollen. Is it normal to be able to feel them?

It's hard to shave because no matter how much of a deep cleanser I use, I always have a few ingrown hairs, and can never shave them off..andwhen I do I end up literally scraping my face trying to get rid of them.
What's the best pre shave for this?
Also, I have some sun scarring from being out in the sun too long, how do I correct this without buying something overpriced and thats not online?

thanks.

I am constantly worried all the time over trivial matters. It makes me unhappy and unable to be productive over the course of the day. I will end up drinking heavily to help cope and the drinking is taking it's toll on my marriage. I find my self flirting with other women and have no idea I am doing it due to how heavily intoxicated I am. I really want to get away from all of this and have a happy married life.

A desk leg was pushed into my achilles tendon and now it hurts slightly when stretched or walking. The pain is minor, and there is no swelling, does that mean I can safely say I did not really injur it? Or can it still be torn?

I am currently doing weight watchers and have lost 10+ pounds since I started with them; however, I want to gain muscle. Most "buffed" people say "eat eat eat" and I say "no no no." I mean that is how I got obese in the first place. Currently I'm eating around 1600 to 1700 calories a day. I'm playing tennis and walking for cardio, but I want to gain some muscle. I'm 5'7" tall and weigh about 220. I have lost around 30 pounds in the last 2 years on my own and have kept it off before starting with weight watchers. I would like to know about maybe if just increasing protein intake at the current calorie level would help. Best supplements (creatine, protein shakes, etc)? I have my own set of weights at home to work out with.

Any info would be of great help.

Thanks

When I fractured my right foot 6 months ago, I put on weight and lost muscles. I do not want that to happen to me again now. I am watching my diet but without cardio, it's very difficult to keep the weight off. Any tips ?
