I am so busy with work, 2 kids, a husband, and school. By the time I get in form work I am so drained! Can anyone recommend an over the counter supliment that may help?

Work, 2 kids, a husband, and coordinator for church... Another "over-comitter" here. :) Try green tea pills. Not the kind that swear they help loose weight, but real organic green tea. Works wonders! Also, genseng is a good choice, but much stronger then green tea.

The best nutrients for energy are ginseng, guarana, kola nut, acetyl-l-carnitine, b vitamins, co-q-10, caffeine (of course) and rhodiola. If you want a good complex that has all the right ingredients in the perfect amounts, try Jumpstart EX. I just found it recently after trying just about everything and it is a god send. It doesn't make me jittery or wired, it lasts for hours, and it helps boost my mood as well. I love it. Obviously not everything works the same for everyone, but 4 Organics who makes it offers no-obligation free samples so you can try it first ( product site at http://jumpstartenergypills.com )

Definitely something with a lot of iron in it. Try All One Powder. I think that there are different formulas you can choose from. It's between $30 and $40 for a 30 day supply, but it's worth it. Just mix it with any juice.

I find that the best thing for me when I was raising 5 kids, (4 of them teens at the same time!) was; Gensing, Bee Pollen, Royal Jelly, Guarana, and Vitimin C. It really helped!

Red Clover, vitamin E, Iron supplement and a good B complex, ginseng, guarana, goto kola, ginko biloba. Good diet and and early bedtime (if you can of course).
These have helped me.
