i know every women is different but on avarege scale do we ovulate 14 days from the last day of the last period ? or is it 14 days from the first day of the last period ? thank you

It's actually 14 days BEFORE your next period. But, of course, you don't know when that is.

We always count from the first day of a period, so the average is 14 days from the first day of your last period.

it is 14 days from the first day of your period.. but rem that we are all different and this is just an estimate.. someways you could tell if you are ovulating is you might feel a pain on the side of your waist.. it doesn't last but it is like a mini cramp..

both really, a cycle is twenty eight days and you ovulate in the middle.
