if you are young enough to still be asking this type of question you don't need to be getting the answers from a site like this. but to answer your question, AIDS can only be transmitted in a certain number of ways, you don't just wake up one day and have AIDS (HIV technically) to get HIV you have to have blood to blood contact (a transfusion, open wound, needle drug use, that sort of thing) or have Sex (there are a few other ways but they are rare enough you'd have to try to get it that way to get it...) so if both of you are virgins and aren't needle drug users you don't have HIV... most std's are rightfully named, they are SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES!.. though there are a select few you can get from oral sex... but again, you have to HAVE one of these to transmit it.. and if neither of you have the disease you can't transmit it can you... and again, you don't just wake up with it.. but this isn't the end of your dilemma.. you need to worry about pregnancy also, you should go to your local health clinic or talk to your parents or a health teacher or a councilor or someone like that and get all the facts.. no reason to be 16 with a kid is there? make it a point to be well educated before you decide to have sex, know what you are getting into and make sure you are ready for it. and pick a better source than yahoo answers.

Do you mean that the the two certainly one of them havent had oral or actual intercourse? in case you have kissed somebody with a chilly sore, it is possible to unfold herpes (variety I and II). in the event that they have prevented each and every of the above, there is not any way you have a std. in the event that they have come into touch with an HIV useful individual's actual fluids or needles, they are able to get HIV. the only thank you to verify is to have an entire std examine then bypass lower back for yet another one 6 months later.

They can get and spread disease if they have ever had oral sex with anyone else-if they got a disease orally- they could spread it vaginally or anally- and condoms help but are not 100 percent safe and are less effective against viruses- D

of course, u can get all sexually transmitted diseases from ANY kind of sex, even kissing can potentially transfer the disease . The surest way to avoid transmission of sexually transmitted diseases is to abstain from sexual intercourse, or to be in a long-term mutually monogamous relationship with a partner who has been tested and you know is uninfected. In order to achieve the protective effect of condoms, they must be used correctly and consistently. Incorrect use can lead to condom slippage or breakage, thus diminishing their protective effect. Inconsistent use, e.g., failure to use condoms with every act of intercourse, can lead to STD transmission because transmission can occur with a single act of intercourse.

If you use protection, more than likely not. With oral sex, maybe? The safest way to not get ANYTHING is abstinence.
