Since i started my new term at school i have been getting anxiety in the mornings, the result of which means i have to frequently use the toilet untill the moment i leave for school. i have literally tried everything including exercise, yoga and changing my diet but nothing seems to work. I have no idea what i am nervous about in the morning but as soon as i wake up it starts. i really don't want to start taking a bunch of medicine because i want to get rid of my anxiety full stop.

if anyone has experianced this or has any advice i'd be really grateful. thanks x

You don;'t have to be on"alot" of medicine. I have the same thing you just described and U have had it for a long time and mine last all day and throught the night. ( I wake up feeling like I can't breath)
Go to your doctor and they will put you on one thing, maybe some xanix also to begin with until the other kicks in. It will really help you once they find the one that is right for you. Good Luck, I know how back it sucks

I actually had that problem this time last year... I was taking wellbutrin so I think that's what caused the anxiety. Just try not to worry and just take things for granted. What I had eventually wore off... Yeah, I know it's bad advice, but I had anxiety like that and there was no instant cure. It just kind of went away eventually as I thought about it less.

sounds like your going through you pre-life crisis, just know that everyone does and it will go away. Then a new problem will arise, its just the way it works

contact your doctor. And try to calm down. The more you worry about the more it will bore you. Calm down.
