A desk leg was pushed into my achilles tendon and now it hurts slightly when stretched or walking. The pain is minor, and there is no swelling, does that mean I can safely say I did not really injur it? Or can it still be torn?

I can assure you if you tear the achilles tendon, you will know it. It is easier to tear it with quick ill planned moves, not a desk. But, you can have a test to check the electrical waves. (expensive)

No, if you had cut it you would not be able to walk. It may be bruised so get some ice and elevate it.
