I have always had swollen glands in my neck. It's the two in the front, but they don't hurt, and i'm not sure if they're even swollen. Is it normal to be able to feel them?

Seems to me that swollen glands would hurt. If you are concerned then get an appointment with a nurse to have your blood tested (they can tell if you have any infections, and infections are filtered thru glands so the glands would be swolen if you have an infection). So get the proof so you will feel better and stop worrying.

I can tilt my head back and feel mine stick out.....I think it is normal.....if they are swollen then usually they hurt when you touch or rub them, meaning an infection somewhere in your body is present.

IN FRONT?? Do you mean your thyroid gland, or lymph nodes on the side? Or salivary glands?

if you had them for a while and it doesn't hurt and you can swallow and breathe alright i wouldn't worry about it.
