there is of course a difference.
Viagra prescriptions are prescriptions (paper) and not Viagra.

Illegal Viagra may also be NO VIAGRA, it may be some pills with unknown content...

Illegal Viagra may not be Viagra at all. It might be some bunch of stuff, crunched up and made into something that looks like Viagra but could make one very sick or perhaps even kill them.

A while back a man was busted for selling black market Viagra made in China. Turns out it was concrete, baking soda and food coloring.

Buyer beware!!!

There was an expose on TV regarding the bogus prescription drugs that are being shipped in to the USA from China. Viagra was one of them - seems like you have a better chance if you stick the the main stream stuff.

The difference may be that the illegal Viagra may not even be Viagra at all. Just like so may things that are available out on the street. Please don't ever take anything that isn't prescibed by your doctor and purchased from a reputable pharmacy.
