Cranberry juice has fantastic qualities that help aid your immune system. I drink it every day. My husband and daughter are both sick with head colds right now and I'm usually the first one to come down with colds and I havn't felt a single symptom.

Honey! its better to use honey made in the local area since it contains moses and other ingredients that help ur body get immuned to local allergins and also honey naturally contains many many vitamins.
Citris fruits are best sources of vit C and so is Guava fruit.
Yogurt is good for stomach diseases preventions.
Turnip leaves are very high in calcium. In Pakistan we cook them with the turnips.

broccoli. These are all high in antioxidants and micro-nutrients called poly-phenols. There is a good book called

Good old fashon orange juice. Vitamin C is one of the best things you can add to your diet. Just look at what happend to the sailers before they figured this out.
