I am so congested when I wake up--I have to immediately grab the nebulizer and take a breathing treatment...anyone have any idea whether this would be good or not good?

HAs anyone ever had to have a Holter Monitor and an electrode falls off? I put the electrode on, but if keeps falling off every now and then. Is the test worthless at this point, or will it still be ok even though it has fallen off a couple times?

I got my tonsils out the last day of May and since then I have only taken a puff of a ciggarrette every couple of weeks when I am practically drunk. Does anyone know how bad that is? I'm just curious.

OK, I USED to be "slightly" overweight, but I slimmed down from an XL to an XS in just one year, and I am still shrinking into nothingness (lol). OK, these are some of the things that happen to me daily.
-I eat a lot, and a lot. I eat a lot of stuff during lunch at school so that I will not get hungry, but I get really hungry two hours later, then I pig out at home, and then eat dinner. I am still loosing inches off of my waist
-I used to be really thirty, but not anymore, I am just really hungry. I barely drink anything, but I always have to go to the bathroom (badly).
-slow wound healing, I have had this stupid cut for two months and it hasn't healed :(
-I wear glasses, so do not ask about blurry vision because I am -5. lol.
-I get really bad migraines weekly.

Is it better to stretch before you workout or after? I have heard both points of view, one says that you need to warm your muscles up before using them vigorously (for Cardio work), the other says that your muscles need to be warm already (from cardio work) before you stretch them.
Which is right???

Like I would be getting whitish fliud come out of my vaginal area....It would have an odor to it... it's like the discharge you get before your period but I get it everyday and all the time. I am still a virgin so I know it has nothing to do with anything sexual. The odor is not like a fishy smell but it does smell. The fluid will be like *** but smells and even when i am not doing anything... it happens.... it automatically goes on my underwear and i have to constantly change underwear. I dont kno why this creamy stuff comes out of my vaginal area.

I recently had to go to my dentist as my gums were in a bit of a mess,he gave me anti-biotics and mouthwash,which i finished.But now after getting a filling my gums are sore and bleeding again and i think i may have an absess where the filling is,could my dentist be causing the infections?I cant think of any other explanation as i always brush my teeth properly.

I need help locating free depression counseling and medication in Southern California for a woman that is not working (but wants to) and can't afford to pay for such services. She's been unable to locate any service provider that can diagnose and treat her long-term depression. She has been brushed off many times and really needs to find full treatment (counseling & medication) so she can get back on track and find a steady job. my nan has alzhiemer's and recently has been saying that she can hear her mothers voice, and when i explain that isnt possible, she interrupts and says that she knows it isn't possible bcos her mother is in Wales and that someone has phoned her to let her know that she is ok.
how do i explain to her that her mother is dead without upsetting her?

She gets upset when i tell her that she is at home and doesn't have to go out so how can i handle this latest problem?

please help any serious advice welcome...
