I am still a virgin so I know it has nothing to do with anything sexual. The odor is not like a fishy smell but it does smell. The fluid will be like *** but smells and even when i am not doing anything... it happens.... it automatically goes on my underwear and i have to constantly change underwear. I dont kno why this creamy stuff comes out of my vaginal area.

All women have some vaginal discharge. Normal discharge may appear clear, cloudy white, and/or yellowish when dry on clothing. It may also contain white flecks and at times may be thin and stringy. Changes in normal discharge can occur for many reasons, including menstrual cycle, emotional stressors, nutritional status, pregnancy, usage of medications - including birth control pills, and sexual arousal.

The menstrual cycle affects the vaginal environment. You may notice increased wetness and clear discharge around mid-cycle. The pH balance of the vagina fluctuates during the cycle and is the least acidic on the days just prior to and during menstruation. Infections, therefore, are most common at this time.

Any changes in color or amount of discharge may be a sign of a vaginal infection. Vaginal infections are very common; most women will experience some form of a vaginal infection in their lifetime. If you experience any of the symptoms below, this may be a sign of vaginal infection:

Discharge accompanied by itching, rash or soreness
Persistent, increased discharge
Burning on skin during urination
White, clumpy discharge (somewhat like cottage cheese)
Grey/white or yellow/green discharge with a foul odor

Hope this helps!

All these answers are very well put. I have the same problem. I went to the doctor when I was around 9 yrs old and was told my period was coming...it did...3 months later. I still have the same discharge to this day. Every day, all day. There is nothing wrong, from what I've been told. My gyno says some woman just have the issue and others don't. It's a pain in the rear, I know but unless you do have an infection there is nothing wrong with you. I hope I helped in some way. Sorry!

Don't worry! You're normal and aren't diseased or have a yeast infection or anything like that... Let me explain to you what they don't teach in health class:

During your cycle, 1/3 of the time, you are fertile and the rest you are not. As you near your peak fertile days, which re around ovulation, your body produces signs of impending fertility or lack of it. One of those signs is cervical fluid, which is what you're experiencing. As you become more and more fertile, the discharge will go from being sticky or tacky to watery, and then like a raw eggwhite- stretchy, clear/ white (most fertile). As you near your period, it will start to dry up. (This is actually a great way to figure out when you'll get your period too.)

From what you're describing, you are in the fertile phase of your cycle. So if you were to have sex right now, you would almost certainly get pregnant. The fluid is kind of like the fluid that a guy's semen is in, it acts as nourishment and a vehicle for sperm to travel in to meet the egg. You'll experience this your entire life, and probably even into menopause.

Check out the Fertility Awareness Method. It teaches you how to track your fertility signs so that you can learn how to prevent or achieve pregnancy, firgure out when your period will come and a whole bunch of other stuff. It really is awesome (I use it for birth control). By learning about how your body works, especially in the reproductive sense, you'll know what's normal and what's not. For instance, you know you have this cervical fluid, but that's normal. Now when you get itchy and a cottage cheesy discharge comes out, you know that's not normal and you have to treat it.

Sorry for the long winded answer, but I hope I helped out.

Peace!

if it looks like cottage cheese, this could be yeast. if it's as bad as you say, you should see a doctor.
