It's both, it works as a stimulant on certain areas of your brain for a relatively short time, then it is a total depressant making you're ability to think significantly impaired. This unfortunately gradually becomes a permanent condition as more and more brain cells are destroyed. These cells do not regenerate.

as for yousing marijuana for 18years ino pretty much eveything there is to no here it is . its both an upper and a downer and it does take efects on both the memory and decision maker on down the line . have fun cause the price will come out when you burn out the young want to learn braincells? . oh man the building just collapsed yeah i wonder how many people are dead .lt can take you to just aplace So have fun thell be a price to pay later enjoy. its almost like pouring bleach on your brains cells thell go up and then thell come down and never return to the beanstalk . poor JACK THE LADDER OF LIFE MAY NEVER COME BACK .
