I am so congested when I wake up--I have to immediately grab the nebulizer and take a breathing treatment...anyone have any idea whether this would be good or not good?

Try the vaporizer meds, may want to change the pillow(get a new pillow once a month) I have asthma and found out by washing the blanket once a week along with a fresh pillow reduce my night time asthma attacks and congestion in the morning.

I think it would help and probably not hurt. My kids had asthma when they were very young and we used those to help them breathe.
