OK, I USED to be "slightly" overweight, but I slimmed down from an XL to an XS in just one year, and I am still shrinking into nothingness (lol). OK, these are some of the things that happen to me daily.
-I eat a lot, and a lot. I eat a lot of stuff during lunch at school so that I will not get hungry, but I get really hungry two hours later, then I pig out at home, and then eat dinner. I am still loosing inches off of my waist
-I used to be really thirty, but not anymore, I am just really hungry. I barely drink anything, but I always have to go to the bathroom (badly).
-slow wound healing, I have had this stupid cut for two months and it hasn't healed :(
-I wear glasses, so do not ask about blurry vision because I am -5. lol.
-I get really bad migraines weekly.

Okie dokie, thanks for your time. :)

What do you mean about my legs? Well, they do hurt often, mostly my right leg. But I think that it is because I stepped wrong or something.

Hard to say without a test. Your hunger depends on how old you are. If you are pre-teen it may be that you are growing and need the fuel. You do have a weight problem which could spell diabetic. Loosing weight does not make it go away once it has arrived. It only keeps it under control. The migraines could be caused by stress or weather changes. Did you get checked to see if they are really migraines or do you assume. Go to a doctor and have a blood test. No other way to tell.

YES. Get tested NOW. The constant urination, unexplained weight loss, and slow wound healing are all solid indications.

Why it's urgent... my wife was diagnosed with diabetes two or three years ago, took some meds for a while, then figured it was okay and stopped. After about a year of your symptoms, she got shaky, then numb, and had to be admitted to the hospital with a stroke.

At 48.

Have your feet and legs started hurting for no reason yet? If not, you may luck out...

And yeah, I AM trying to scare you. It scared the hell out of ME.

(And if it isn't diabetes, you've got something else going on, that's for sure. But diabetes is the #1 choice based on how you're presenting.)

It sounds more like thyroid. Go to the doctor and have a simple pin prick blood glucose test and find out. That is the only way you will know for sure. I am diabetic and had no symptoms but was diagnosed by a regular blood test.

It sounds like you have many of the symtoms , enough so that I would recommend that you get checked for it . It's a very easy and quick test . I am on the borderline and monitor mine at home daily. Best to find it early so do get checked . Good luck jesus ate my cereal !

Very well could be. Only way to know for sure it to see your doctor.

Is there any of your blood relatives that have it? That is another risk factor.

To properly diagnose diabetes, you need to have blood tests.
So go see your Doctor & give him a sample, or bleed into your microphone & email it to me...
