My fiancee and I have been together for 14 months, we love each other dearly..He is 34 yrs, and I am 27 yrs. We have sex on average 18- 22 a month! Is that consider sex addicts?!! Though I am happy...I was just wondering! any comments? thxs

No, you are not sex addicts, just very in to one another! That is a good thing! To be a sex addict you have to be willing to have sex with anyone anytime anyplace anyway. When all you do is think about sex, how to have more sex, and how to get others into bed, then you might be a sex addict. For now, you are normal!!!!!
When my husband and I were first having sex, it was at least twice a day with soemtimes three times a day. It is not quite so often now, but I am still satisfied!

No, of course not. In fact, the fact that you're keeping count indicates to me that you're too uptight about it. Relax and enjoy it, even if it's 30 or 40 times a month. I'm shocked that anyone even thinks 18-22 times a month is a lot. That's only about four times a week.

You are not a sex addict - sex addicts are those who will sit at a bar and do anything with anyone at any time. It is a real problem - if you are in a stable marriage, I wouldn't call what you describe as an addiction.

A sex addict doesn't care who they have sex with or how they have sex. The need for sex takes over their lives and pretty much ruins all their relationships.
Think....drug addicts and alcoholics....if that sound like you then yeah....you've got a problem

More than 3 times a day an addict.But only if its every day 3 times or more if you get a day off once in a while 4 times is ok.

Why are you asking - is it bothering you? If it is consensual then there is no problem. Make sure your relationship is built on something more substantial than sex...especially if you are going to marry the guy. When you have kids I bet you won't keep that pace up!

To be an addict - it has to be affecting other aspects of your life - like getting to work on time and being welcome back in that cozy little French restaurant where you coupled on the table!
