It is really dangerous. It's for asthmatics when they run out of their rescue inhaler. You should ONLY use it if it's an emergency.

I wouldnt use it unless its a necessity, it speeds your heart and makes you feel buzzy! However if you are having an asthma attack it will help clear you.
