I have been going suntanning at the same place for months. Once or twice a week. This last time I went (about three weeks ago) I developed a rash inbetween my breasts. It was a small rash and I thought it was from heat. Well I have tried all the different creams and ointments for the itch and now its spreading. Has this ever happened to anyone?

I think i am going to go to the doctor but i am scared what do you think they will do?? my shoulder hurst sometimes but my elbow is the worse it hurts sometimes really bad and i take tylenol or advil for the pain the elbow feels cold inside lately i don't sleep very good at the night because of the pain. I have had three children, the last about 12 years ago. I am only 41, but I'm stuck with extra skin hanging on my abdomen. I am 5'9" and weigh about 130 pounds, but this extra skin is disgusting. Is there a particular exercise or diet regime - or even a cosmetic procedure that can reduce it without the major surgery of abdominoplasty?

This is day 3 of my serious sunburn.. I'm totally miserable and I cannot stand to wear a shirt.. My chest is covered in blisters and its pretty awful.. I haven't been able to sleep and nothing seems to ease the pain... I know to put aloe on it..and I know to take a bath in vinegar.. Does anybody know of anything else?
If so please let me know..
