Contact the manufacturer of the medication, sometimes they are willing to help you out when you deal with them directly. (AstraZeneca mfg.)

Go directly to the drug manufacturer! Many of them will help with the cost. I did not know this until my neice was diagnosed with MS and had massive amounts of medicine that she couldn't pay for. She went to astr-zenaca.com I think. Check it out, or check out the website of the company that makes the drug...almost all of them will help.
Good luck, and I am sorry to hear that your father-in-law is ill.

I suggest he write to the pharmaceutical manufacterer of the drug and inquire as to whether or not they have an assistance program for payment. Many of the pharmaceutical companies have set aside funding for just such a purpose.

Most pharmaceutical companies have a patient's assistance program. Give them a call and see how it works and if he will qualify.
Good luck.
